Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Viter. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order ships, what to expect, and what to do if something goes wrong. This Policy is issued by Viter — Denys Hryniuk, Synów Pułku 4/10, Warsaw, Poland.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch.
- During promotional periods or major holidays, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you if any delays apply.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States from U.S.-based warehouses.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs

Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.
- Expedited shipping options, where available, are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Delivery times are estimates from the date your order ships, not from the date you place the order. Final delivery time depends on the carrier and your location. Total time from order to delivery = processing time (1–2 business days) + shipping time.
5. Order Tracking
After your order ships, you can track it:
- Through the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
- On our tracking page: https://www.vitershop.com/apps/parcelpanel.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your tracking number.
6. Shipping Address
You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing, where the address was entered correctly and the carrier confirms delivery.
- Refused deliveries.
If you notice an address error, contact us at support@vitershop.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch but cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.
7. Delays
Most orders arrive within the estimated window. Occasional delays may happen due to:
- Carrier issues, weather, or natural disasters.
- High-volume periods (holidays, major sales).
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window plus 5 business days, please contact us at support@vitershop.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check around the delivery location (porch, garage, mailroom) and ask neighbors.
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
- Contact us at support@vitershop.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
For confirmed lost or stolen packages, we will work with the carrier to investigate and, where possible, send a replacement or issue a refund.
9. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, take photos before opening if possible. If the product inside is damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. See our Return and Refund Policy (https://www.vitershop.com/policies/refund-policy) for full details.
