Fill and freeze

Remove the silicone dome, fill it with water (or your favorite recipe — cucumber, rose water, aloe vera), seal it back up, and freeze for 4–6 hours or overnight.

Roll across your face

Hold by the silicone base and glide the frozen dome across your skin — under the eyes, along the jawline, over puffy or swollen areas. Use gentle, slow circular motions.

Rinse and store

After use, rinse with warm water and let it dry. Refreeze for next time. Use daily — especially right after waking up — for the most noticeable de-puffing effect.

Frequently asked questions

Plain water works perfectly well on its own. If you want to target specific concerns, you can fill it with cucumber water for de-puffing, rose water for soothing, or chamomile tea for inflammation — but it's completely optional.
